Safety/Check-in

Your child is important to us. We utilize a check-in system where each child is assigned a unique number on a name tag, and only the parent with the corresponding tag can pick up that child.

On your first visit, we need the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child.

This information is entered into our database to help maintain our secure check-in system.​

Safety and security are top priorities for us  

For everyone’s safety and security, all Calvary Kids volunteers have undergone a background check, and are not alone with children at any time.

We also have a dedicated safety team that monitors the Calvary Kids secure area during the service
